Classifications
Cold drawn pipe is usually divided into common cold drawn steel pipe, low and medium pressure boiler pipe, high pressure boiler pipe, alloy steel tube, stainless steel tube, petroleum cracking tube, and so on. According to the raw material, cold drawn seamless steel pipes can also be classified into carbon steel thin wall tube, alloy thin wall tube and stainless steel thin wall pipe, etc.
Specification
The sizing of our cold drawn pipe is 6m and the outer diameter ranges from 13.7mm to 101.6mm. According to different applications, we also design our cold drawn seamless steel tubes with different wall thicknesses, ranging from 2.24mm to 5.74mm.
In comparison with hot rolled seamless pipes, cold drawn seamless tube has higher size precision. As an experienced cold drawn pipe manufacturer and supplier in China, we can also make pipes with a minimum wall thickness of 0.25mm and the minimum outer diameter of our steel tubes can be 5mm. Manufacturing process

Steel billet → heating → piercing → head making → annealing → pickling → copper plating → cold drawing → semi-finished pipes → heat treatment → straightening → water pressure test → labeling → warehouse entry.
